i wouldn't discount fines, mainly cause if the ASX have an axe to grind, is under instruction from a puppet master or just wants to pin something on ISX, they will.
No idea of the extent of their agenda or if they have one, but it does seem an attack on ISX credibility would suit many in the shadows.
