Jose Luis Manzano and Pablo Tarantino are clearly very influential people in Argentina and who you would want on board to make the Lithium project successful. However I’m interested in peoples thoughts on the Integra deal commercials.

US$1mil for 50% of the Project to fund exploration etc.

10% of LRS at an issue price of A$0.005 per share (100,200,000 shares for A$501,000) with 12 months escrow from 30 October 2020. Plus 1 for 1 options exercisable at $A0.0012 on or before 31 December 2022.

At the time of issue the shares were already worth nearly $2mil and are now worth A$7mil+. The options are also well in the money.

Obviously it’s great to have them on board and they wouldn’t be if they didn’t see serious potential in the project. Seems like a pretty good deal for Integra though.
