Yeah I think it was a good deal for Integra but also just the cost of getting the right partner on board.
Integra is one of Argentina’s largest lithium explorers (Argentina holds more than 75% of the world’s lithium reserves).
Jose Luis Manzano is ex Minister of Interior and has his hands in everything in Argentina.
Pablo Tarantino was Executive Director of the Argentinian Bureau of Investment and International Trade working with mining companies settled in the country and supporting the promotion of mining activity in Argentina along with the Argentinian Secretary of Mining.
I don't think you could find better partners for the project.
