    I read it as ‘they needed to raise their stake’ - probably due to a shortfall in finance at present?
    Did they go to News Corp with hand held out?
    Agreed- brilliant strategy- but for $50-5 x $10, I got $1000 pay outs on Melb Cup, soccer World Cup, NBA, NRL & AFL 2023 premiership. All were odds less than 8:1 on Sportsbet!
