What you say might be quite true, but the tree is ultimately known by its fruit.

While the SDL drilling results are fantastic, it won't do much good unless the resource can be exploited.

Apart from the Hanlong interest, the market seems to think that SDL has little to show thus far, despite the numerous and regular reassurances of JV negotiations continuing etc, etc. Flowers but not fruit..

Anyway, hints of a mid Sept revelation aside (getting pretty late for that that), the end of the year seems to be the "final" deadline http://tinyurl.com/3o9pksu, tho I hope there is some tangible good news (JV, permits, TO) well before that..
