as long as there are buyers of shares they can keep issuing to their recycler.
they can have another vote to approve more issues when these run out.
As long as they can keep doing this, they have a chance to survive. Dilution is not a concern, paying off the debt is.
Any profit from actual mining will lessen the dilution, so as long as they can pay to operate and pay off debtors they should keep their jobs.
They will need to transition from the current pit to the next quickly. If they cant do this, then they are probably stuffed.
