There's no way in the world the EU will send grant money to the UK for a U.K. private company to test their device at the moment - unless they are already contractually bound in some way. Perhaps they are.

It'll more likely mean the UK needs to stump up the grant money. Unless a fund exists for that purpose right now, it will be lucky to arrive in CWE UK's account by the third quarter next year, let alone this year as they expected.

Hopefully the quarterly gives some detailed clarity on all that.
