Just thinking about Jamie saying they made huge personal sacrifices whilst closed, well let's compare there huge personal sacrifices to Shareholders who have received ZERO since last dividend +10 years ago before the Board destroyed KCN from 2011-2014 with disaster decisions that wiped off the shareprice from $11 --> $1.74 & diluted the hell out of shareholders with disaster Neuva Esperanza purchase & Challenger / Dominion purchase..

2023 --> The most disaster recent year for shareholders loosing -40% and being diluted 16%, nice big fat bonus for Ross & Jamie approved by Ross & Jamie.

2021 --- Ohhh dear, What do we have here below ? Jamie said they made a huge personal sacrifice, yet here we are again with a sneaky little $150,000 Bonus to Ross , approved by Ross...... Ohhhh, Slippery Jamie didn't mention this on the webinar did he ? Maybe that's why he has to control the situation every time he talks and not allow shareholders questions on the Webinar to respond to his slippery sneaky words.

2019 --- What do we have here ? Ohhh dear, another sneaky bonus when we most certainly don't even have a licence to re-open so what's the reward here for ? Or is it the first chance they get, they receive some Zurich Insurance cash, so first order of business is slipping some into the back pocket!

So Jamie G on his heart felt Webinar, never once mentions on the webinar the following facts other than Ross made a huge personal sacrifice to only receive $144,000 salary when closed..

2019 --- >$ 90,000 Bonus
2021 ---> $ 150,000 Bonus
2023---> $ 250,000 Bonus.

I carn't even look at Jamie after listening to his slippery Car salesman rubbish anymore... No wonder he doesn't have the courage to call me anymore.

Ohhh dear, looking further back to Mid 2017 when Chatree was closed, you can see all the fingers in the Pig's trough were still big and strong !

So it's a fair conclusion that whilst Shareholders were starving to death the directors were still stuffing there pockets !!

So pull your head in Jamie you little Charlatan, you don't even know what sacrifice is....

Ross is Know 77 years old and his Salary today is a whopping $700,000 , so is he like a fine wine that gets more expensive with age ? Or is he just grabbing back all the sacrifice he made as soon as any sort of cash hit's our bank ?

i want to make something very clear about my criticism for all of 2023 , is that i also think we would be more stuffed without Ross & Jamie..

i appreciate what they do, all the positive stuff, that's why I've never once complained about them from 2018-> May 2023 & was there biggest supporter, i just want them to do better today. They were able to hide under the umbrella of Court cases /delays / etc, but in 2023 there is no place to hide and they must deliver, which they obviously haven't with Plant #1 still not operational over 1 year since Plant #2 became operational on January 20th. 2023....

i feel like it's training your cat who's continually shitting on the floor and you just want them to $hit in the kitty litter, but you still love them and want to cuddle in-front of the TV , even though you have just been pi$$sed off for half hour cleaning up there mess..

i just want them to stop with the bull$hit and actually deliver.

I just don't want to listen to Jamie continually big-noting himself like a politician & the perfect example from the webinar is saying Ross was paid just $144,000 a year, then after investigation it's $144 + $90,000 bonus + $150,000 bonus + $250,000 bonus , which the politician doesn't mention , just stop with the slippery salesman talk, just stop it. ( i have a copy of the webinar & i've watched it 5 times, over and over again )

anyway, Going forward there is no place to hide when it's time to report AISC...

We soon find out the AISC & we soon find out just how expensive all the Chatree Festival Carnival fun park is compared to CMM AISC of US$880

So the PEER PERFORMANCE is crystal clear and that will override every other thing we discuss here:

AISC of US $880- $990 is the Peer performance set by CMM
AISC of US $1,000 - $1,100 is a failure to be compared to our CMM Peer.... but ok. acceptable
AISC of US $ 1,200 + is Jamie can never say we are a low cost mine compared to Peers & there should be cost cutting measures across the board until we are.

Know compare to us below and tell me there aren't way too many little Piggy Thai fingers in our trough ! Absolutely ridiculous compared to CMM in Australia..

If CMM can do it in Expensive Australia, then there is no reason why there AISC is not our benchmark going forward.

So Jamie can stop with all the backslapping and selfies until our AISC is below US$1000

Note to all you talking about cash today : if we had $24,000,000 in cash and bullion at end of 2023, why are you all so worried about running out of cash when all the major refurbishment costs have been paid already... Don't forget we basically broke even in the final quarter, so even if we break even in January we will still have $24,000,000 in cash and bullion which is more than we have ever had in probably 5 years !

PS.... Look at these clowns working night know in a panic ! If they weren't all stuffing around making tick tock video's and selfies for all of 2023 they wouldn't have arrived here today in such a panic state to get things finished would they......
