Yeah, that's true that there is no requirement to do so, but just being such a large holder of MMA, you might think RDM might want to inform it's holders, and therefore investors potentially tracking RDM, that what is happening at MMA is of a benefit to RDM.
Or maybe it's just me thinking they should keep any good news flow going!
