Correct me here if I'm wrong, but what's wrong with Dart sitting on their hands here.

They've got something the big guys want. Let the neighbours (Cuadrilla and Igas) spend their money to prove their resources and in turn prove ours and increase the value when they sell it.

I doubt Dart will ever consider exploring the area themselves.

Only RISK I see is if Igas and Cuadrilla fail in trying to extract commercial viable quantities of gas or the whole protesting saga gets completely out of hand.
