Great pick up mate!!
My thoughts are that the vast majority of RIO'S 100% ground in the Paterson is between 1-2KM deep, and their greater focus on future exploration will be focused on shallower deposits in which AZY JV land fits the bill. Commercially sensitive because it involves resources valued in the $$billions
