Sam Neill is a Kiwi, not that matters much, Australia
has been appropriating talented people, and horses,
for years.

Talk about the flag, ditching the monarchy, various
issues related to Aborigines etc are brought up each
Australia Day, largely to feed the egos of those with
an axe to grind. No one else really cares. Certainly
not the women and children in remote Aboriginal
communities that are being bashed and sexually
assaulted every day.

Meanwhile, more and more Australians are being pushed
into poverty while large multinational corporations
rake in eye watering sums that a select few individuals
get to piss up against a wall by launching themselves
into space just for their own entertainment.

Its time to get the priorities right.
