New Hope demanded that they replace the board and forced their resignation after announcing they were dissatisfied with the performance of their investment in Dart.
They've never said that they have a strategy to improve the SP and have never said anything about acting in the interests of the other 84% of shareholders (with the possible exception of Greenpark Energy who appear to be in league with them).
At the AGM the new chairman declined to outline his vision for the company saying he would need to study the company before he could comment. (s if he and New Hope had no idea after plotting for several months.
Rob Neale ... it's past time for you to comment. The SP is plummeting while you snooze away. We needed to hear from you last week.
What is your vision for the company and how do you intend to achieve it? And while you're at it ... you need to come up with something to convince the shareholders that this is not a takeover on the cheap. Despite your denial at the AGM I see nothing to convince me.
There are a lot of shareholders that are highly suspicious of New Hope's intentions and in the absence of any information to the contrary, who can blame them?
