    Could be very complicated for S/H, for example, exchange rates and not all brokers hold or trade foreign securities. Really hard that after 1+1/2 years and non refundable money paid to vendors, that it now seems it does not meet Australian listing requirements. NMYCD about it though, but be hopeful.
