OK I will rephrase moderator and let HC audience draw their own conclusions in regards to the company management.

The management of this company uses a "consultant" who buys and sells QMN shares and has had up to 11 million shares at one point in QMN. He was listed until recently on the QMN website. This is the same person who was the CEO of a Perth based mining company that is now delisted. It was called Reefton Mining (RTM) which I am sure some HC'ites would remember this well and the spectacular demise. Since this person is not a director of QMN, then you cannot track his trading very easily in this entity.

Also (as public record)QMN has seen fit recently to issue shares to "sophisticated investors" sometimes at half the sp for "Capital Raisings".

Did these cheap shares find their way back onto the market? If so the sophs would have made a packet (at other holders expense of course.
