You have to admit they have done a great job for a long time, attracting "institutional and sophisticated investors" with increasingly diluted shares at decreasing prices. I think it's clear that many of these were Chinese, who are eager to buy anything, anywhere in the world, that has "lithium" in the name. And to maintain friendships with Westerners who can point the way to other deals.
