Upon tradedemon's suggestion i had to go back and look at Sparta AG which is also part of the Delphi/ Deutsche Balaton group

About Sparta AG (“Sparta”)

The chain of ownership is:

Mr.W.T Zours à majority in Delphi - à100% in VVBeteiligungen AGà majority in Deutsche Balatonà majority of Sparta

So the whole group is investor into BSX and a range of resource stocks that's worth a whopping $235m.

Just to be clear I'm not cross promoting (I only own BSX 97% and the other 3% is a gold stock not on the list) - the reason for sharing is to contribute to understanding that our 2nd largest holder has the financial wherewithal, the networks and experience to add value at the board level and to actively contribute future equity and debt financing.
