Totally agree that it is the "soft" courts & Judiciary that are the problem in Australia . You have to feel sorry for the police that are hamstrung by weak courts and politicians. Police do all the footwork to take cases to courts only to be often undermined by many of the Judiciary. But if you fight back against offenders then watch dogooders and Judiciary throw the book at you. We have become a very weak society in my view and pander to the minority.
