Lets compromise on this LTIP issue.
With high cost structure, the shae price of this company has been decimated to 1.6 cents now.
All our directors earn $100K per annum to attend meetings etc. Let them forgo this entitlement and issue them say 6 million shares each now. This will show real committment on their part and company will save precious capital.
For our MD, let him take half his pay in shares ie $225K. This will give him approx 14 to 15 million shares at current time.
This way, the directors are assured of real shares (and not options) and is a win win situation all round.
Lets see for once if directors are prepared to put their money like real sharesholders have done (at much much higher prices).
