Nobody is going to be taking Dolce recreationally. Without the THC, Dolce isn't going to produce any psychoactive effect. That's the selling point. Dolce provides the benefits of the cannabinoids without the downside of intoxication. THC has been the bane of trials by other companies trying to study the effect of CBDs.
