Very hard to bring any case if there's NIL paperwork to be had at 'Discovery!'. But very convenient for those who are the subject of certain allegations - possible defendants, if charged can ever be laid - speaking generally of course, here.

Funny how in so many cases, such crucial docos go "missing".

and - why then don't the Press kick up a stink on this seemingly lax archival file storage security? - and send out their top investigative reporters in a concerted effort to find out HOW such crucial files did a walkie out of supposedly tightly secured Federal Court and other supposed secured and legal locations' front doors?

If OUR files relative to some Court Case or similar were under secure oversight, Court, Legal Offices, or similar, surely we would be livid if they suddenly disappeared, no explanation! Federal Court staff supposedly say they've searched high and low and can't find them, in reply to a possible search warrant request, it's alleged. Why then, no immediate enquiry?

Cartons wheeled themselves out, I suppose; and hopped, all by themselves, into "get-away" vans? Perhaps they're now sunning themselves on some beach in Rio de Janiero, a la Ronnie Biggs? And Nazi war criminals? Very sun-tanned files!
