If you read previous posts I said the order of progression could / should / would be, Offtake agreement, CR $15m+, Finance , Refurbishment completed, Production.
All the analysts have a CR included in fact Petra had included a 150m raise at 10c, all there to read.
And yes there should be a stack of lenders lining up especially if they can get the generous 11% that AF is receiving.
I think this loan needs repayment ASAP and lenders shown the money is there to repay it.
