Without reference to the issuance limits for this year, the funding gets TNG through to the end of the year working capital-wise. I don't know whether the raising burned all of the numbers of shares that they can issue this year without going to an EGM (which means they might have tried to raise more if they could).

I wouldn't see that amount raised as being a view by TNG that it is the last cap-in-hand before financing is nailed down (because that conversation has happened a couple of times since DFS).
