ethically I would agree with, but who is being under rewarded?
with respect to return on investment, would you rather invest in a 15% tax environment or have a 30% tax? all things being equal its not hard to work out that sum and must therefore must be a factor in companies deciding where to invest in a global business world. For purely locally companies it also changes the risk of making investments.
