I believe Gillard did a good job when you consider she did not have the numbers in the house and had to rely on independents who took all they could get out of the country, they then tried to get in again and wondered why we did not want them. Howard was probably the most dishonest, we should have been a republic by now had he not staged the outcome of the peoples vote.
