If RIM centre on the most productive area instead of a larger area I would say good. The next compliant feasibility study will give a better idea and hopefully before the middle of the year. Reason being that the other company (can't remember which one) could show an interest, it's been done before.
Probably better than Liverpool finishing at the top of the table, sorry about that but I'm a Gunners/Leyton Orient fan.
