Am I right then in understanding that you feel great frustration in the Indian Ocean Dipole and other global weather events occurring when they did, delaying rains that could have neutralised an unfortunate political embarrassment for the PM? That is, if they had come a month earlier he could have claimed a political victory on the climate front over "leftists"?
