Noticed your first concern is the public perception of a useless numptie PM. Me personally, the best thing about the hypothetical early rains wish, would have been the saving of dozens lives, 1000s of house, loss livestock and a Billion Animals, multiple trillion insects. The PM having a guilt free, scrutinyless holiday...not so much. Haha
