    hi giggles,
I thought it was a preety sweet move, securing a major stake in a high grade Copper resource.
what was it 3c per pound Cu ?
15Mt at over 3% Cu (plus very substantial Co weight % credits)
these are the sort of opportunities good cash flow can provide !
I think it is smart leveraging and doubt it will be the last good opportunity they can capitalise on.
short term SP fluctuations not really an issue when you're making good money and investing it wisely.
cash is king - grade is king -
shorting would be a gutsy move and an increase would only present a greater chance of a rebound.
grade (and therefore costs to some degree) is the best hedge against commodity prices but I agree there is a degree of volatility/uncertainty globally.
"he who can afford to dare wins" or "he who cannot afford to dare cannot win"
I think I know which applies here..
