It was a big flurry at the end. Who knows. All the people who thought that you wont be able to buy at sub 0.40 had their chance today. Seemed to be a lot of panic selling. The big guy's must love days like this. Pick up shares so cheap. They have the money to ride it out and if they want out they just pump up the buy side and trickle out at what ever price they like.
