I put odds at 34% chance of signing a contract with Siemens or other ultra-large international firm, 33% chance of signing with smaller firms including SSM as originally planned, and 33% chance of delaying any real decision for years.
67% of those odds put SSM at a share price south of where it is today, once the negative decisions are made.
It's enough for me to turn out the lights.
