Out at 59 cents looks like miracle of a decision from here.
What is really surprising to me is the momentum on the sell off to 25 cents. Compare this recent sell off to the base we formed around 20 to 25 cents in Summer 2010. Look at MACD and how each new low in Summer 2010 came on higher trough values for MACD. It was a perfect setup for the rally that followed.
The current selloff looks ferocious. MACD takes a huge dive down. Barring something fundamental like a big NBN contract, this stock doesn't look ready to settle for a long time.
Does anyone have an estimate for how badly the loss of Telstra business will affect them? Anyone seen revised earnings estimates for 2012?
