Quarterly report states on page 5: "This current discovery lies outside of any environmentally restricted areas"

Page 4 of  upgrade document states: "We are very pleased with the positive cooperation of the local relevant landowners, who are keen to see the project developed".

Page 12 of upgrade document states: " ....based on discussions with the relevant Departments, landowners, local authorities and environmental experts, the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the land access approvals, the environmental approvals and mining lease will be granted as expected in 2015".

Gibbsite (Alumina/Bauxite - whatever we want to call it at different stages), tends to bulk up at the top of the range, (see 1.1 in the upgrade report), and less so in valleys, streams etc. where environmental factors come much more into play. Just remember its at surface, so mining (at this stage anyhow), just needs a backhoe and a truck!! That's it!!!

The area is pastoral. IMO the farmers would rather have a share in exporting of minerals, and when its all done and the topsoil is re-placed, they can grow grass to feed cows again.... or retire on their bauxite export earnings.

BTW, thanks for your level-headedness in your comments on this having nothing to do with personality or other companies at arms length. It should be just about: is the stuff there? How easy is it to get? How long before we all get paid?
