I have stated previously, research BAU hype and failures. It's not simple mining pastoral land, yes majority of small farmers will agree, however some won't and if a large holder doesn't agree you have problems. Plenty of community engagement is needed, there is a lot of fear and misunderstanding around strip mining in farming regions. Mining in pastoral areas is very complex and takes many years of negotiations, hence BAU are still in the pre-mining stage.
