Did anyone attend the meeting and ask for clarification on out of balance mine plan? Rimtalay were you able to attend?

Hazarding a guess I would suspect the problems would be with the waste stripping to extraction ratios ect. This would explain the higher than expected costs, lower production rates.

As for the exploration program I am not at all surprised that there is little greenfield exploration. Take a look at the country they are in, rugged hills moderately dense vegetation combined with the wet season would make it hard to traverse in 4wds let alone moving drilling rigs. So they concentrated on areas where access had already been established.

Importantly the possibility of Helene 6/7 and 5 being able to mined as one open cut would result in significant upgrades of reserves
