    Beyond International Limited (ASX-BYI) has settled its legal action against MBP Medien AG of Munich,
    Germany referred to in Note 34 of its 2003 Financial Statements. MBP Medien AG will pay Beyond
    $85,000 and both sides will be responsible for their own legal costs. Beyond will not issue any new
    ordinary shares to MBP Medien AG.
    This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 3.1
