Didi you check the date on the paper that was sent to you?
It is quite likely it was an old one!!
During the mine visit after the AGM it was very obvious that the mine was being run more in a 'care and maintenance' mode as they had very little cash!
Don't get me wrong they are still working, but shifts and operations are generally being run overnight to work in with cheaper electricity costs.
