With the ASX hitting all time highs it is unfortunate that the Oil/gas sector is missing out on any of the large increases in other sectors. Know Lordy disagrees with me but I cannot remember a time when oil/gas stocks have been so out of favor with the market . It is a problem that CVN and other good oil/gas stocks unfortunately have to put up with until the market attitude changes. Good announcements seem to get ignored (thought HZN for example was very good yesterday, but not any interest shown by investors). On the other hand the slightest negative announcement and stocks gets murdered. Was CVN fall from 60 to 40 not a bit overdone? The death of fossil fuels is still a long way off and CVN's future looks very bright IMO. Lets hope the market changes its attitude towards the sector soon.
