Ameco the Australian energy regulator is considering a gas reservation policy fir 2021 in the whole country. WA has a 15% one already. Aust govt wants overseas reserves in US oil to give them 90 reserves. Not seeing this thread of being out of favour being played at the macro level for Oz. World markets rise and fall on supply, demand, etc., but our country is very dependent on oil and increasingly on gas in the future. Markets in Asia also looking for gas, very close to CVN and seeking lower carbon emissions, like China. The future for CVN looking good in the demand for oil, gas and condensates, locally and overseas. AC and directors need to be flexible, nimble and resilient, as sharks are always on the lookout for cheap assets. AWE in onshore WA Perth basin was an example of a prized asset of huge amounts near a pipeline to a close market, sold cheap and little punters missed out on the big gains from the development. CVN is a prized asset with oil to cover development, condensate to pay to enlarge development to Apus, etc and gas the elephant in the room to bring humongous returns. Keep your shares close and don’t be bought of cheaply. D3 go you good thing.
