I am saying — that they are doing some economic payback tactic - unhinge from USD . Yes they’ve manipulated , forever .
A fixed currency they’ve maintained parity with USD .
Devaluing been expected ? I think .
With time - watch out USD bonds . But that’s not as yet it would seem. I am no economist!
