The reason is that POC fluctuates and AISC is overstated.
Nothing wrong with your figures either, we just need to average POC of 2.75 and that may be a bit hard unless we get another leg up.

Less Interest -20mil (should be less but w/e)
Leaves us with $48mil USD
less tax (30%) ($14.4mil) <- (Really hoping we can use VAT as a tax credit so we dont pay tax)
NPAT = $33.6mil USD
USD to AUD (1.30)= $43.68AUD / 100mil = 43.68% Approx.
