It will only get worse, copper deficit came a year early.
With the constant CU price rising, manufacturers will order more stocks at theses depressed prices to secure production.This will lead to less stockpiles and further increases in CU price. And the cycle repeats..
It wil take years for new mines to be re/opened and for minning to recommence and for new supply to hit the market.
Only the copper mines that are in operation today will greatly benefit.
