Well although the history of the company is dismal to say the least and many lost a few $$$ at the hand of such great managerial direction and drilling failures LOL ...all said though logic must prevail, hatred buried and opportunity evaluated...

The company has been a potential shell company since the failure of the drilling campaign and i believe from what im reading this is a legitimate fill in..

I havnt done zip research but it seems to me this is when we actually have a complete change...mentioning of Board evaluation in the ann is also pleasant to read..

Im a busy man but i thought id take an opportunity to advise the rare few that still give a dollar about the company :) that there is hope and dont judge untill we see the prospectus ..
