    Fellow CCC sufferers.

    Take a look at the 90 day Bank Bill rate! The last time the yield increased (meaning more sellers than buyers)being a switch out of cash and into equities was July/Aug 2008, marking the start of a 6 month Bull. The previous time this happened was 2003 (not IMO relevant). It maybee time to be brave and average down.
