    robbo there is a factor in east africa about gov't free carry 10/20% of projects. tanzania has a $$ value clause for this free carry but not so mozambique. AMG/GK ancuabe has a 20% gov't and development bank minority shareholding for example.
    Could be that Grafex is somehow caught up in this? East Africa is an exotic locale but TON in Higgo has a east africa mining long term experienced MD together with Paula Ferreria to track thru the wilderness.
