IMO, higgo likely knew he was walking into a cheese grinder when his appointment came.
but hence his clause and terms of appointment into his position, which IMO there is No Way that he would resign to only throw away a min of half a $million regardless of the outcome of the company providing that he doesn't quit or walk away.

likely he already knew that it would be in his interest to have the game reset by a VA which he initiated so any doings after this point is his creation of moving matters forward, yet whether it is to the Full benefit of the shareholders still remains to be determined.

just my thoughts on matters, yet if anybody was going to resign from the Triton board IMO, it would either be AG or CC which after this VA is sorted will follow with some likely new appointments which IMO some posters here know exactly near enough how this is going to unfold both or either before or after the Ton registry gets heavily diluted.
