Is there ANY chance whatsoever we can sell NH without owning 100%? There seems to be some interest based on what we know so far...

Whilst in VA, can something be arranged with Grafex in relation to this? The outcome will benefit everybody, really.

NH is a deposit that would be much better in someone else's hands (Chinese like low grade). Not only would this allow us to pay off all our creditors (particularly Grafex) and have enough to get our "favourite" Ancuabe up and going but it will also keep the share register below 500mn...
