If no WHEN TON is suspension lifted and starts trading again, what'll happen?

IMO there will be further Capitulation particularly by over 25 cent holders. These have been "fear mongered" into thinking a Liquidation Zero for Shareholders is definite and will seize the chance to run.
Now our "hero" Higgo will have had the VA ruling announced. No doubt he'll have a News/Outlook Statement to issue. Probably some Recapitalisation scheme of arrangement announced.
Won't matter there'll be a Panic.
However will the force of dark or light be buying ?
Dark will be wanting to gather shares as VOTES for the AGM of Higgo Confirmation. May even do a gbar and put one of those notices in calling for resignation.
It'll come down to the current Substantial Holders and their 'decision'.
Do they dump/capitulate too ? thus selling votes and fire sale shares to ???

sorry but there's some pretty pompous posting going on here but at least the organising of a shareholders Action Group based on files compiled for ASIC is settling down. losing traction.
The VA Debt Question,IMO revolves around CGT obligation under Moz Legislation and denial of the TON signing party of Grafex Deal his Golden Boot for running with Spivs!! Signing Non Transparent Deals not,no where near,in the Best Company/Shareholders Interests.

IMO that is the Mission of the VA and Hand Back to Directors and Trading Resumption is the most likely,probable Outco0me and I'll be BUYING ears pinned back under 4 if the dynamic pans out as per IMO.
Will also contact TON to drop regular Top 20 updates, they confuse the John Snow 'clowns'.
