Most serious graphite investors out there have been watching this draw out dreadful situation TON investors are in , I can't help thinking that Graphex have a hand in this seeing an opportunity to attempt block the deal to retrieve the asset, re sell it or negotiate a better deal , partner ? no sale no capital gains tax , just my suspicious mind ? hope it turns out well for you all ,
