it was unsubstantiated but it was true and came true

Unsubstantiated doesn't mean untrue and the government has a track record of changing the rules midway to avoid issuing permit don't they

they wont be risking 10 years of royalties as we simply will walk away and china will do it on the spot

Plus these guys only care about their own pockets, not their country, that's why it's a hole
